new installation
Description of a typical project:
A* Customer already selected the equipment for his production line / factory
B* We select the best product that the customer will need for his production line/ factory from A to Z, according to a very determined budget.
*1st portion of the project, we first manage the space that we determine in advance, so the line would fit, measuring, pictures, modification of the space in case we have any obstacle in the way, we prepare the terrain for the specific production line.
*2nd portion of the project we managed the riggers team, that will handle laying down all the equipment . We could hire and select the rigging company.
*3rd step we managed the mechanical team to install the equipment, mechanical drawings in hand, if mistakes are made, we will always find either a local solution to make it work or call the OEM and work it with them. the mechanical aspect of the project will include installation of air supply, water supply, steam…
All the energies supply. We can also provide the mechanical team and manpower.
*4th step we manage the electrical team, drawings in hand and solution to any problem will be resolved on site, if we need any type of transformers, we will determine the lowed and order them. We can also provide the mechanical team.
*5th step troubleshooting the system after we power it up.
And all energies are in place.
*6th step Programming we use it as well during the troubleshooting process in order to diagnose the issues in a faster way, then we handle all the interlocks communication between the equipment and program them, because as we know, a production line could be made from different OEM equipment, to program the communication interface, it always depend on the communication protocol that was used, nowadays we are most likely using ethernet with switch managers as the Cisco AB devices. So, the interlocks could be through produce and consume tags, or messaging, or they could be hard wired.
We also troubleshoot each machine program individually, in case the OEM didn’t have enough time to finish the program over their site or to fully test it, because of so many reasons.
*7th step of the project will be focusing over training operators, mechanical, electricians and programmers.
*8th step production babysitting raising production efficiency, detecting the issues and resolving them, raising the line rendering, to satisfy the signed contract most of the line efficiencies are at a 98% of efficiency and rendering.
*9th Step if the customer would like to have an IT integration control installed, we could handle this area as well, meaning that we will extract from each machine information as down time, type of faults, efficiency, production output… combine all these information and centralize them to a screen unit, will be included machine by machine operation and full line efficiency, that will help to sort their issues over the line and to know what could be taking down their line efficiency.
*10 we also have a good experience in Tracking product with SKU and orienting them into different ways on a conveyor or others.
*11 Propose a Remote login system through a safe and secure web connection, to the entire new line, in order to assist the customer in the future, in case they have issues, we could connect remotely and assist our customers; that will save time and travel costs.
*12 Sign the project reception.
